How can I collect the unaccompanied baggage that I sent into London Heathrow on Thai Airways?

All unaccompanied baggage (sent as cargo) will have to be cleared through UK customs before you can make collection.

UK customs dictate that you must complete a C3 declaration form and appoint a customs agent to make the clearance for you. You may appoint an agent yourself, or use the one appointed by Thai Airways.

If you wish to use one of our appointed agents, their contact details are below. You can contact them prior or after your unaccompanied baggage has arriving into the UK. Give them the Airway Bill number (which is a dedicated code for your unaccompanied baggage which is stated in all your export documents that starts with a 217 number – followed by another 8 digit) and they will be able to check on the status of your shipment and talk you through the process. As long as the shipment weighs less than 100kg, you will receive 7 days FREE storage from date of arrival. Once the agent has completed the clearance, they will contact you for further collection or delivery arrangements.
