concerns. Please telephone reservations, on 0870 6060911, giving
as much notice as possible.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge and should be requested
through our reservations department at least 24 hours prior
to departure.
For passengers with special medical needs, Thai Airways will
do all possible to ensure a comfortable journey. Personal attention
is given through our reservations and in some cases, passengers
may be requested to complete a medical form. Click
